This list simply cannot be taken seriously when there are no films by Bruno Dumont or Shunji Iwai and some of the greatest films: BROKENWINGS, PROMISES, ALLABOUTLILYCHOUCHOU, THELIVES OF OTHERS, PARANOIDPARK, PEPPERMINTCANDY are simply ignored and dreck like Before Sunset and Brokeback Mountain are elevated.

I haven’t seen Twentynine Palms (5.1 on IMDB), but Flandres is very disappointing.
