LostSlayer's "1001 things to do before you die"

many of the things i can not do/may not be able to do because i am not in Americaor western country.Here in my counrty there is no snowfall. So lots of things related to snow or ice may not be possible if dont visit a snow falling country.
There is one choice that to visit a third world country. if i live in a third world country, does that count?
