Well, actually...

I found another cheese list which is quite comprehensive. I’ve actually “given up” this list in favor of the other one. This list could really take any direction you want; maybe it would be best to distinguish it somehow from the other list, maybe make it more broad, with fewer entries, as something of a “beginner” list. Feel free to make any changes you like, I don’t have any emotional investment in this list anymore :-)
