Doctor Who Televised Episodes
Removing the PC Video Games and Animated Serials — 47 weeks ago
After some diliberation, I think it would be best to remove these and create a separate list in which to include them. This list was really meant to be the canonized and televised episodes, not additional Doctor Who “episodes” made up of other media. If that were the case, all the books, audiobooks, autoplays, etc… would be included here as well. After all, only the TV series is truly canon, everything else is debatable. In this case, I think I’ll remove the animated serials as well.
It really isn’t fair for others (besides those that live in the UK) who don’t have the access/money for these games or are just not into playing video games to have to play them in order to finish this list.
Otherwise, I apologize for the changes and thank you Jennifer for keeping up the list.

I am very pleased with your decision to remove the game stories for the reasons you mention, particularly for listcheckers outside the UK. There is another list on LOB for everything Doctor Who including novels, comics, games etc.
I am glad you agree. I debated on whether or not others sharing the list would approve, considering it is a public list and I had originally added the new seasons/animated specials, but finally came to the conclusion that it would be better suited to all if it consisted of only televised (canon) episodes.
I know what you mean about the pc games. They were free only to UK residents, but require a fee to be played by residents of other countries. They are also geared toward younger players and might not interest older Doctor Who fans. That is why I thought it unecessary to include them on the list.
