Remakes and their Originals

Argh! — 2 years ago

Is anyone else frustrated by the fact that if you check off one version all the other ones (if they have the same title) are automatically checked, too? Does anyone know a way around this?

Checking...

To d2yge: I am also frustrated by this. For example, I watched and enjoyed the 1960 Psycho, but I haven’t even taken a look at the remake, while it’s now checked and it says “worth consuming”. I can’t uncheck it.

Same here. I checked the remake of Alfie off and suddenly the original was also checked off.

I think it’s an odd listsofbests.com thing. But if you click the item and it takes you to allconsuming.net, then whether you consumed it or not seems to be correct, at least for me.

Never happened to me. I checked only the version I’ve seen ad the others remain unchecked.
But I’ve got another problem: Once I ticked worth or not worth consuming I can’t change it. That sucks, sometimes I just make a mistake tick the wrong box.

Arrgghhh

I just said, it never happened and now I’ve got the same problem like you. Life’s playing tricks on me :-)

lol Sorry…
I know what you mean about the worth it/not worth it thing…that also drives me insane! I hate the fact that you can’t get rid of it even by unchecking the item altogether!

only happening on SOME of them

Some let me check only the original movie w/out checking the otehr ones.

The only one this has happened to me for was the J-Lo version of “Shall We Dance”. It’s not letting me uncheck it.
