actually, i haven’t seen wonderful life.
seen titanic, tho in hindsight, can i just ask, How did you manage to live thru the nineties and NOT see the Titanic?

I’m not actually sure. I wasn’t terribly interested in seeing it because I’m not a big fan of depressing movies and then once it was EVERYWHERE I really didn’t feel the need to.
It’s one of those that I feel like I maybe should watch simply because it’s so well known and it’s so odd not to have seen it but really, I still don’t have the desire to do so.

that’s a bit strange coming from a girl, since i honestly believe that the reason why Titanic was so big was because the studios managed to conspire with the female species to coerce the rest of us into watching it.
needless to say, i was a victim of the conspiracy, repeatedly.
I am glad that there are people like you.
The movie itself isn’t too depressing (Leo drowned in the end, quite exciting!), but really, you don’t miss a thing. Keep it up, you might reach the 2010 and brag about it.

Yeah, I was never all that girly when it came to stuff like that. I agree though, the teenage girl population is the main reason why that movie was so big.
The only real reason I’d be interested in watching it would be for the historical stuff and I figrue I can get that elsewhere.

actually, i just saw the full list. Considering you survived the 90s without seeing Titanic AND Grease, i think you should consider yourself lucky.
Godfather and Sixth Sense, however, are really worth watching.

Yeah, I keep meaning to see the Godfather and just haven’t yet. It’s really the main one I would want to see. Sixth Sense I’d like to watch but since I know the twist, seeing it just doesn’t seem as important as it did.

if it makes you feel better, i haven’t seen casablanca either.
Sixth sense is still good since it helps you understand the hype over Shamalayan, it’s really his best, none of the follow ups really match that one.
