Suggestions? — 5 years ago

Anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? I’d especially like to find other older movies, like Kwaidan and Ugetsu. Also, if you’ve seen any of these movies and think they suck, tell me!

A Tale of Two Sisters! It’s a must-see!

bah

Thanks for the tip! Now if only I could find it for rent…

Try Netflix. Oh wait, maybe I should ask…are you in the USA?

bah

No, Canada. I think we have something similar, but I don’t know much about it. Thanks, though.

This may sound really stupid, but do you have Walmart up there? I found (by mistake) the widescreen regular edition of A Tale of Two Sisters on DVD at Walmart for like 5 dollars.

And I’d say a Tale of Two Sisters is a must see as well.

lol Ok, I’m just going to keep my mouth shut.

bah

What? Why?

lol I was going to tease you about the arguement we had about my list last year. But I didn’t want to offend anyone so I just decided to shut up :P

LOL I wasn’t paying attention to your name. I thought you were someone else. I’m sorry! =P

bah

NP…I figured out what you were talking about later anyway. :)

Hey!

Uzumaki caught my eye and I wanted to tell you to definitely read the book it was based on rather than the movie.

The book was a manga by Junji Ito, and it was amazing, while the movie was pretty disappointing. I believe it was a made-for-tv movie or something. Well anyway the book was so much better.

I can direct you to a download of if you don’t mind that kind of thing.

The only two movies I can think of to add are Ichi the Killer and Oldboy, but they’re really not from the horror genre. But creepy is kinda vague soo I though I might as well through out those recommendations.

Good luck completing your list!
