It was on the source list as well as in the book, but it wasn’t listed.
Has anybody noticed that the list currently holds 1000 items instead of 1001 ?

How many times has this happened now? I’m beginning to think someone takes pleasure in deleted one random item from the list every few weeks just to drive the rest of us crazy!
