Souffles done right can be fantastic. Light, fluffy, tasting of chocolate, cheese or whatever you prefer. However, a souffle done wrong can taste of overly whipped scrambled eggs. If you make one or are served one like that, try it again sometime before you reject this dish as umpalatable.
