Yes, this list changes a lot based on who is voting on imdb. — I watched the whole top 50 list about 2 years ago and at that time Scarlett Street was like number 3 or 4; at least a dozen things are this list weren’t even on the that list, and there are some glaring omissions from this one…Take the list with a grain of salt.. or a slug of whiskey or two..
