I wish we could rate these reads more precisely. The Yes/No system just doesn’t capture the complexity of my feelings about some of these books. I like the netflix 5 star scale better.

There is a way
If you click on the title, the book will open up on allconsuming.net, here you can write an entry and add stars (write a review). But you’re right, it would be nice if we could just add stars without having to write a review, even better if that data could be used to calculate all-over user favourites etc.
