They were right about a lot of these films, but come on….Clerks? It’s a cult film at best! Nobody overrated that movie! And it deserves any good ratings it got anyway.

I agree

Clerks is a really weird selection for this list. Along with The Wizard of Oz.

But seeing American Beauty and Forrest Gump on this list makes me very happy!

Forrest Gump

I really really REALLY liked Gump and would never consider its acclaim to be overinflated but a friend of mine disagrees to the point that he feels a film hasn’t lived up to the hype, he says he was “Gumped” by it.

Go figure..
