Well I think you got most of them. I was thinking about “The Color Purple” but then again, I don’t think it was so big in its time.

It was freakin’ huge when it came out. Nominations, awards, people freaking out cause a white man was making it (Spielberg). Great movie. Oprah Winfrey before all the money and superstardom. lol.
