Is it fair to include Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy since it originated not as a book but as a radio play?

As long as it’s been published so that you can buy a book of it, I’d say it’s fair. There’s several films on the list originally based on a theatrical play.
Perhaps the list would be better titled as “Corresponding books and films” or something similar.
