My balance board to help me at home came yesterday. It was $65. It’s basically a round board that is about 2’ in diameter.
It has 2 small balls that you screw in. There are also 2 other sized balls that you can use, depending on what you want to work on.
The kids are having loads of fun trying to balance themselves. About 15 min. ago they were both on the board and laughing hysterically. They were having so much and I just started to laugh.
Hannalee was laughing so hard she peed her pants. How funny is that?

Training With Josh, Green Med Ball
Josh is my main trainer. He works with me on my core, weightlifting, body sculpting, shedding bodyfat. Tyna is my other trainer.
Anyway, we had a great session today. I was really aggressive. The dynamics between us was really good, very fun. He was goading me as I also did similar to him.
I truly love training with Josh. He’s a joy. I love working out already, but with him, it’s even better. It’s hard to believe it could get better, but it has.
He really is the perfect trainer. He is knowledgeable, has a great deal of variety, strong, creative, good boundaries, good-looking, great personality, great shape, a strong Christian, funny, can have fun, enjoyable, witty, confident, sensitive. The big bonus is that I’m not attracted to him.
I can be myself with him, faults and all. I really like our interaction. Awhile back, I had a thing for one of my trainers, which is good and bad. In the end, it was bad. I really don’t want to have a thing for my trainer, other than what is appropriate and professional.
Anyway, Josh is perfect for me. Thank you Jesus!!!
