There are already 1001, but... — 6 years ago

…many of them I haven’t even heard of. Instead, I’d suggest:

Auntie Mame

Arsenic & Old Lace

White (from the Trilogy—somehow not on the list)

Army of Darkness

Superman (at least the first one)

L.A. Story

Sixteen Candles (or any of the Hughes movies)

an early Godzilla movie

Kung Fu Hustle

and a few others that are escaping me.

list should be accurate now — 6 years ago

When I saw the list today there were 999. So two had gone missing. I compared the list source with this list and found the two missing ones. I also rearranged the ones that were out of order. The problem started around 800 and went through the end of the list.

To much — 7 years ago

To much movie’s

This is the 2002 list! — 7 years ago

So I took a lot of incorrect movies off the list that people added. People seem to be adding movies from the 2nd and 3rd versions of this list (2003 and 2005 respectively). However, this is the 2002 list as stated in the description.

The list still has more than 1001 so I must have missed a couple of erroneous entries. Maybe someone else can find them…

Hey all, computer illiterate, but someone add these — 7 years ago

Hi all, I’m not good on computers, so I was wondering if anyone could add:

The Shawshank Redemption

to the list. I had others but have forgotten them. Damn.

#137 Dance, Girl, Dance — 7 years ago

Does anyone know if this is the 1933 movie directed by Frank R. Strayer or the 1940 movie directed by Dorothy Arzner?

Standard link for each film? — 7 years ago

I wish we could just link to one record for each film.

For example #271 Seven Brides for Seven Brothers -I’ve rated it two or three times already because each time I do a list it’s a different version.
