Onibaba — 5 years ago

I updated nr 429, that was listing some other silly movie called The Demon instead of Kaneto Shindo’s masterpiece Onibaba.

Untitled — 5 years ago

66 and 107 are the same, and there’s no 1001. I don’t know what they are, so it would be nice if someone could fix it! :)

#110 Returns! — 5 years ago

Disney’s Snow White was #110, probably in all versions, or at least in the edition I have.

I added it, but I am not the best expert at how this particular website functions so hopefully nothing else is now out of order!

I thought there was a way for the original list maker to “lock” the list so no one can edit it. I am creating a list of fruits and vegetables, to try… and it says NO one can edit it, but me…though I assumed others could copy it for their own….

Maybe there should have been an original list and a updated one, stating revised or updated, so they would not get all confused?

Just a thought…..

Why is there no #110?

2nd edition with Psycho on cover — 6 years ago

Been writing list of 1001 films from book 3(Pulp Fiction), updated with book 1(get carter) and book 4(The Shining) but have missing book 2(Psycho)

Does any one have a copy of thelist of films which were in the 2nd edition which was not in edition 1.please

it would be much appreciated.

with hind site would of been better with initial list from book 1 to write out but oh well.

This List Is Bulls--t — 6 years ago

…although I suppose that goes without saying.

I felt a bit unsure of proclaiming my disappointment over the exclusion of user-friendly (yet incredibly wonderful) entries like Dazed and Confused and Almost Famous until I saw that Meet the Fecking Parents had made the list. There are actually probably a large number of films I love dearly that didn’t make the list, so I shouldn’t look too closely.

Olympia — 6 years ago

I changed Olympia/Olympiad Berlin to Olympia (#116) as it is only the one film on the listsource.

Untitled — 6 years ago

I added a list of the films that have been removed from the book as it has gone through new editions.

updates — 6 years ago

The list has been updated to reflect the fourteen changes made to the last edition.

I updated the list source as well.

This is most definitely not the most recent version of this list. For further details, check http://www.listology.com/content_show.cfm/content_id.26211/Movies

Maybe if I get ambitious, I’ll update this to reflect the current edition.
