There are scores more, really, as L.A. is the second most popular city for noir (behind New York and ahead of San Francisco). This list could be greatly expanded, it seems to me, but I’ll just suggest one classic that really emphasizes L.A.:

It’s not primarily in LA but does include scenes. It’s set in SF/Banning but has scenes in LA.
