Something my parents never wanted to talk about and never did. The end-result was a big mess, a lot of confusion and a lot of waisted time and money. I don’t want my son to go through that, so I will make a legal will with some guidance he can follow. It will be a lot easier for him to deal with his feelings instead of the difficult task of figuring what, when and where at a time like this.
