The Criteria:

Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).

For a month — 5 years ago

It’s the first of October, so I’ll try the “for a month” things this month.

The goals I meant:

1. Eat one piece of fruit a day for a month

2. Go to bed before 22:30 on weekdays for a month

3. Meditate once a day for a month

4. be organised for every week by a Sunday night

5. write in my journal/blog everyday

6. Do 1 hour of homework Sun-Fri

7. email friends every week
