No nation wants to be on the TOP neither BOTTOM of this list! Not all nations have the capital for a fully fledged sponsorship of this sport event, others just BUY their athletes! A good indicator of how effeciently nations produce sportmen and sportswomen is to related the GDP of their country to the amount of medals won. Just satistics?
