My favorite type of movies have predictable endings. Boy gets Girl. Good triumphs over evil. Hot hunk gets away with the robbery. But I’m awe-struck when a film pulls out a master twist that is both plausible and jaw-dropping. This is my list of movies that gripped me throughout, and just when I thought things could not get any better, delivered an amazing finale.
