Since both my parents are vegetarians I thought I’d give it a try.</B>
<P><B>Orginal text by creator of list</b><p>I feel bad for all the vegetarians out there who can’t participate in the 50 things to eat before you die list. And since I couldn’t find a list available for vegetarians, I put this together. I’m not vegetarian, but I do enjoy a lot of vegetarian food. This list is not vegan, and definitely not all "healthy" foods. I tried to make it more interesting by not including a lot of things we’ve all had like broccoli. I also tried to include regional foods as well. Some arguably might not be "food" and others probably best if only consumed once. -Perlle
