All the president's men — 1 year ago

I believe it to be during the last season, or the one before, where Rory goes to an interview and asks if her look is too “His girl friday” or “All the president’s men”. Both wonderful films about journalists if you want to add them to your list!:)

A Woman Under the Influence — 5 years ago

could be added. I watched it last night, and realized that the time Paris gets drunk on founder’s day punch and is in the street asking for money to make a phone call is an impression of Gena Rowlands’ character.

Untitled — 5 years ago

Just so you know your missing A LOT.

Duck Soup — 5 years ago

There was also Duck Soup that Rory watched with Marty at her suite at Yale.

Untitled — 5 years ago

One more – Paris mentions “Blades of Glory” right after breaking up with Doyle.

Untitled — 5 years ago

In later episodes they watched Funny Face (Chris and Lorelei) and mention Final Destination 3 (Lorelei’s talking about dieing on the roller coaster). Rory also mentions all of the Fast and the Furious movies after seeing Kirk wreck Taylor’s car into Luke’s diner.

Some additions — 5 years ago

I remember them talking about Bewitched and The Pursuit of Happyness, so you can add those. The Pippi Longstocking movie that you have is the wrong one – the one they watched on their double date was the 1969 version directed by Olle Hellbom.

a room with a view — 5 years ago

Lor and Rory watch A Room With A View when Rory comes back from Europe with Emily. It’s in the scene where Rory pretends it’s a video she took while on her trip.

Untitled — 6 years ago

I remember they referred to Snakes on a Plane and Final Destination 1&2 in later episodes.
