fidgiegirl's "What I'm going to do to become healthier"

I’ve been saying that 43T needed subgoals, or incremental goals. I never realized how Lists of Bests, but it was here all along! So now I can put up baby steps toward my health goals. Well, not really baby steps . . . some are big deals. Others, not so much. If it’s one that’s hard to make the call on if it’s completed or not, I say that once I’ve done the goal 14 times, I can check it off. For workouts, that could be over three months – for daily stuff, two weeks. Every day for two weeks is bound to be pretty good. This doesn’t apply for some, but for others, it’s good for me to set it up ahead of time.
