Note: Plan B was finished by Michel Fabre and Robert E. Skinner. Also, Yesterday Will Make You Cry was finished in 1937, published in 1952 as the highly-edited Cast the First Stone, then republished in its original form in the late 1990s. For Love of Imabelle/A Rage in Harlem is a slightly revised version of The Five-Cornered Square.
