To often we accumulate associations, possessions, and too many other trappings because of life?s expectations, my latest view is to cast out and cast aside the irrelevant and in its harshness dig a fertile plot for new growth, after all we weed gardens clean out cupboards, ,discard dated wardrobes full of clothes ,should we not when necessary rid ourselves of restrictive human intervention, chuck away the baggage that binds us, sounds harsh. Well it is not because I lack compassion not because I lack empathy but because the truth is harsh. How can we move into the next stage of our lives if we are constantly bound by the past. They are no longer a relevant part of my life and so the clearance of clutter-material possessions, past objects of affection, irrelevant history goes on and they will no longer form part of my life

I can spend forever trying to work out who I am. And everytime I think I’ve got me figured out, I realise I’m now a different person than the one I was trying to figure out.
I’m constantly changing.
