Ehh. Not as good as Birth of Venus. By a lot. And that wasn’t my favorite book to begin with. Completed December 26th, 2006.
Short and relatively easy, though it took me longer to read than I’m willing to admit. Completed December 19th, 2006.
A bit more like the Atwood I loved in Handmaid, but like My Antonia, I found myself just detached, not really caring all that much. All in all, a weird subject. It had its promising lines, but thats about it. Completed 12/4/06.
Completed November 10th, 2006. The first OFFICIAL book on the challenge! I kept expecting this book to pick up, follow a plotline, ANYTHING, but it never did. A dissapointment. 5/10? Excellent writing style, just no story!
Completed for psychology on Wednesday, November 8th, 2006. I’m not going to count this for the 50 book challenge right now.
Finished October 25, 2006. Interesting, unique, and good in general. 6.5/10, maybe even 7/10? Little dissapointed with the ending.
Completed about a minute or so ago, on Friday August 18th, 2006. It was just okay. I really need to find a GOOD book from my unread book collection list.
Read for French, but an English copy. Very good, it made me think about my life choices, and a book that can make me re-contemplate the path I’d like to take in life is a powerful book. I loved it.
Completed August 6th, 2006.
Not worth the effort. I was dissapointed, and it came across as pretty amateur in my opinion. Finished on August 1st, 2006.
