TygerTyger's "50 Things to Eat (& Drink) Before I Die"

Add to my lists | Print this list

That BBC list is boring.

Some of these foods I have put here because I have eaten them, loved them, and continue to eat them often and recommend them to others. Some of them, like the blessed mangosteen, I have eaten and loved and desperately pine for. Others I have put here because one should try them—the durian falls into this category. It’s not a fruit I especially love, but you have to try it because it is unique and strange and can open you up to whole new ways of thinking about fruit and taste. Seriously.

Damn that BBC list. "Fresh fish"??? Are you kidding me?
