this is crazy LOL
when i set these goals i sincerily believed that it is achievable.
current status
1. meditating – 3 days in a row
2. vegetables – nope
3. PhD – big progress
4. running – zero
5. clean my office – some
6. decoration – big progress
7. swimming – this Sun
8. tofu – i made soya milck 3 days ago, it sits in my fridge
so the score is 2.5 of 8!

Those goals didn’t look that difficult.
This list is completed only 1/8 since some of things i did then, need to do again (it doesn’t let me to uncheck them); and some things i couldn’t accomplish still although i work on them since then.

my april goals — 3 years ago
i chose 7 goals from my list. this is good to be able to have one list for several things!
in a month, i intend to have habit of everyday meditating, preparing healthy food and reading papers, and regular excercising and enjoying it. in a month i intend to have cleaned office and redecorated entrance and living room. wow am i ambicious!
To achieve this, i intend to spend every day:
15’ meditation 7AM
30’ preparing my lunch boxes 6:30AM
30’ reading papers 9PM
20’ excercising
15’ cleaning my office
30’ decluttering and decorating my home
