David Mihalcik's "My favorite movies"

I made this list by taking movies I’d rated ‘9’ or ‘10’ at the IMDB and removing those that I thought duplicated existing movies – e.g. no Kill Bill (instead, see Pulp Fiction), no Primer (2001), no Vertigo or Rear Window, or movies that I thought were well made, but not ‘favorites’. (If I was making a ‘best’ list, I’d probably only look at my imdb 10s.)
