The Arse – The person that thinks they know what they’re doing without any actual ability in any notable area whilst maintaining an air of supreme arrogance. We normally call him Richard.

The Idiot – The person who know they are clueless and put in an awful lot of extra hours but no real effort in the vain hope that divine intervention will help. We call this one Patrick.

The Stoner(s) – The very cool, laid back guys that have fallen into cyncism due to lack of faith in humanity caused by a code base so awful it really makes you want to cry. The phrase "The road to hell is paved with good intentions" was designed for these guys. They have a couple of names

The Helpful Ones – ones that are happy to help and really care about what they do. They are few, but I am grateful to know them.

The Nice Guys And Gals – People that make the day a better thing, they may be ordinary and normal and in some ways uninspiring, but they are good folk and a joy to work with. They are Many.

The Project Manager – a friggin’ idiot if ever there was one, we dont have any polite names for Him.
