International Horror Guild (IHG) Awards: Best Film

Add to my lists | Print this list

The International Horror Guild (originally the International Horror Critics Guild) was created in 1995 as a way to recognize the achievements of those who create in the field of Horror and Dark Fantasy.
The IHG Awards are announced annually during a special presentation at a convention or other event, such as the World Fantasy Convention.

The award is given for works from the preceding year (i.e. The 2005 award is given in 2006.) No award for film was given in 1997, 2005, or 2006. As of Aug 2007, it looks like the film category has been discontinued.
