IMDB - Bottom 100 Movies
The Internet Movie Database’s list of 100 lowest-rated movies fluctuates a lot depending on variables such as phases of the moon, Mystery Science Theater 3000’s TV schedule, new Uwe Boll or Paris Hilton releases, etc.
For a movie to appear on this list, there must be at least 650 ratings for it given by "regular IMDb voters" (the definition of which is kept secret). Also, just as with the Top 250 list, this is restricted to fictional, theatrical releases; it does not include shorts, TV movies, straight-to-video releases, documentaries (e.g. The Real Cancún), or TV series or miniseries.
