was The Rascals in Dec of 1969 at the Coliseum in Seattle. I was in 9th grade & my friend that took me turned out to be my husband 6 years later! Everytime I hear “It’s a Beautiful Mornin’” & “Mustang Sally”, I’m reminded of this time in our life…
BTW, still married to him! :)

My girlfriend won tickets from Seattle’s KJR radio station in 1972.He wrote songs for 3 Dog Night,Monkees,& The Carpenters.
I’d already seen the Carpenters in Vegas with my parents. This was not our style of music, but hey it was a FREE concert!

performed in our audio visual room at J.F.Kennedy High School when I was a sophmore. I think I paid $2.00 to see him at the time.
