is not how things on 43P get labeled, they go by the exact name of the place
then you use the tags to describe them, using commas between words
i tagged the first one as
organic products, produce, cheese, meat, fish, coffee and spices,wine,beer
if you need to write more about it hit “write an entry” and then you can say “this place has the cheapest coffee in town” or whatever else.
you should go through and hit ‘add tags’ to all your entries,
then type
organic,market,health food,
to all your entries, this will help future users find organic places as when you click the word organic, all the entries you created will show up in the tag search
