Do not add ,Cityname

Conkers, Leicestershire

should just be

Conkers

since it is inside the city in hieratchy, adding the city name again is redundant, plus you may be creating duplicates, if Conkers, Leicestershire already existed as Conkers (which it didn’t but some of your places could exist already)
