Most-Often Recommended Authors and Works
Based on the book "Reading Lists for the College-Bound Student", these are the authors and works listed as most recommended for pre-college reading.
Please note that when a poetry compilation is listed, you don’t need to read that exact compilation; any by that particular author will do, but it is best to have one that is "complete" or "definitive," or even "selected."
I’ve actually read very few of these, but I’m working on it!
I will be making another list of all the other books listed in "Reading Lists," so keep an eye out for that.
