Finance, Growth, History, Natural Beauty, Architecture, Political Power, Standard Of Living, Future Prospects, Crime, and Major Landmarks all had equal say in these cities. Yet most importantly, what a lot of lists lack is the most important quality to a great city and that is its citizens. How the city thrives and how it interacts in the region played the biggest role in the decision.
