Wanda's " Watch Again & Again Movies"

When I don’t want surprises. When I don’t want something new. When I want to drift into a known, comfortable world that takes me away from my here and now, these are the movies I turn to. I know the lines, I know the characters…they are like old friends, predictable, reassuring, and always a pleasure to spend time with.
Yes, I know they are mostly old movies. But I like old movies. Contemporary movies are filled with sex, violence, drugs, crime and yelling. I have enough of that in real life… Not that some of these don’t have a bit of that, but it is not gratuitous, and the focus of these films is always on the human and the humane. The order of the listing is random.
