jmc509's "Books that Changed my Life"

Making this list was an interesting reflective exercise. I listed the books in the order of what I saw as their formative impact on me. The impact most often involved opening my heart or mind to something new, usually without becoming a disciple of a particular understanding or way of living. What struck me as I created and later updated the list was that each book seemed associated with one of the many little changes of direction that have shaped my life journey.
