MestnyiGeroi's " (aka Local Hero's) Favorite Films"
This is not a conscious attempt to create a list that is interesting, unusual, eccentric, diverse, or in any way representative of cinema’s greatest achievements in any remotely objective sense. This is not an intentional effort to project an intriguing or somehow representative image of my personality or my tastes, and this is certainly not an attempt to educate, surprise, impress or broaden the viewer in any way. This is simply a stab at an honest list of my personal favorite films at this point in time.
I think most of these films are gems of one sort or another, but some are on the list primarily for sentimental reasons. Just my faves as I have drawn them up today (they could be different tomorrow!).
