Critics Top 100 Films of 2006

Add to my lists | Print this list

The most critically acclaimed movies of 2006 as defined by the number of times a movie has appeared on a critic’s top ten list and how high the film is positioned. Ordered by a point system created by MCN. The higher a film appears on a list, the more points it received. If there was a tie between any films, I listed them in order of their percentage on rottentomatoes, rather than alphabetically.

List Update — 4 years ago

The MCN Site did not update the list with Roger Ebert’s top 10 of 2006, so I made the update myself. There were a few changes, such as Pan’s Labyrinth-Up 1, Lives of Others-Up 3, Man Push Cart-Up 2 and Perfume-Up 6. Bubble entered into the 100 knocking out Mission Impossible III, as it should have.
