I tried to make this in chronological order, but I gave up in about March. It’s roughly correct, but I’m no longer worrying about the exact order.
I also didn’t have internet for 6 weeks in March/April but it’s updated as best as I could do.
Not exactly a 100% complete list, but good enough.
