crap search engine — 4 years ago

Why is the search engine for this site so miserably bad? Searching for “trillin” doesn’t find anything (nor do tons of single-term searches, unless the term happens to be in a list title)… Multiterm searches are ORed and therefore match all sorts of useless rubbish (at least implement the feature of wrapping a phrase in quotes so that multiple terms can be matched without a bazillion false positives)
