I have no awards..nothing to brag about. I like walks and nature, drinking a beer at night, going for a ride in the country, going on a slow boat ride…Ahhhh.

I DO NOT LIKE to shop and go the malls..(people are so materialistic!) Flea markets are fun..so are coney dogs and a coke once in awhile…I DO try to eat healthy for the most part.
DON’T Believe in lots of medications out there..Got pain? Go for a slow walk, study Yoga…Let’s learn how to manage stress in a different way!
