#246-Quit Smoking — 1 year ago

Okay, so this is going to be a life long goal to truely be successful but on Valentine’s day I will have gone one year without a smoke (no cheating, no nothing). In fact, I find myself holding my breath when I walk past someone smoking, not because it offends me but because it actually hurts my sinuses to breath it. (wasn’t expecting THAT!) Anyhow, after 30 years of smoking, 1 year of not smoking feels pretty dang amazing to me.
