This is totally not comprehensive and I reserve the right to not include movies that have annoyingly psychopathic representations of queer women. Or movies that suck. Also I haven’t seen many of these yet but have compiled them based on other lists & afterellen.com. So if any are really undeserving of being listed let me know. A couple of movies (ie the Spanish Apartment, Sin City, Bend it Like Beckham) have only minor queer characters/storylines. I thought they were notable though!
