Academy Award's "Complete List of Nominees"
Everything ever nominated for an Academy Award.

This does not include special awards (Lifetime Achievement, etc.)
I think some of the older titles might be ‘lost films’ which would make this list impossible to complete, but for accuracy’s sake I’ve included all the nominees.(also finding out which are actually lost sounds like a pain in the ass, and I’m lazy.)
The 1930 Ceremony apparently had no ‘official’ nominees announced, so only the winners are listed here. I’m not sure why IMDB lists nominees and also points out that they weren’t officially nominated.
Stout Hearts and Willing Hands was nominated in a short film category in 1932, but was for some reason disqualified before the ceremony, so I decided to leave it off.
No ceremony took place in 1933, awards for 1932 films were given in both 1932 and 1934.
In 1943 Hellzapoppin’ was apparently nominated in the best song category for a song that did not appear in the film, I decided not to include it here.
