“What’s Opera Doc?” and “The Petrified Forest” are flipped. They ought to be numbers 998 and 999, respectively. My computer is giving me scripting errors when I try to fix it, so if someone would swap the two, that would be a good thing.
Its is so hard to comprehend that a list that boasts of a 1000 greatest films can miss out on such a modern day 21st century masterpiece as PT Anderson’s “Magnolia” (1999). Given that this list mostly is made up of films made prior to the year 2000 with one or two exceptions “In the Mood For Love”, its not only the ommission on Magnolia that is so daunting. The list has no Marty,no DR Strangelove (!!!), no Z, no Pink Floyd the Wall, no MASH, no Being John malkovich, No Leaving Las Vegas, no Jean Pierre Juenet films, no Das Boot, no Run Lola Run,and i can go on. Like really guys what going on?

I see the list has been disorded and messed up. I already reorded the first 22 and I intent to do the whole list tonight so I kindly ask the rest of you not to change the list. After I am finished, the list will correspond completly with the actual tspdt list.
looks like someone screwed with the list. I did a few repairs but there are still many to be made.

I wish there was a cable company with taste that would show these films on a regular basis. Turner Classics shows some of them but rarely. They’re the greatest films but noone ever gets to see them.
